Today, I officially became a walking fashion disaster. I was running late for school, half asleep, brushing my teeth with one hand and trying to find socks with the other. I grabbed two shoes from under my bed, put them on, and zoomed out the door. Everything was fine… until I reached school. My classmate standing behind me said, “Coo l look today!” I was confused. Then my best friend stared at my feet and screamed, “BRO, YOU’RE WEARING ONE PINK SNEAKER AND ONE YELLOW SNEAKER.” I looked down. She wasn’t lying. I was embarrassed, I wanted the Earth to open and swallow me. I tried to hide in the washroom. But during the assembly, my class teacher asked me to stand on stage and hold the school flag.
